The CIVIX Resources Library includes a collection of civic education resources to be used during and between elections. This website includes online lesson plans, as well as slide decks, videos, handouts and editable activity sheets to support the instruction and activities.

Two Student Vote projects were conducted in the province in 2018. In June 2018, more than 280,000 elementary and high school students cast ballots for the candidates running in their electoral district from more than 2,100 schools, representing all 124 provincial electoral districts. In October 2018, more than 150,000 elementary and high school students from more than 1,350 schools in 221 municipalities cast ballots for the official candidates running for council and school board trustee.

Funding has been provided by the Ministry of Education to support the development and delivery of the Student Vote project in Ontario.
