At its Annual General Meeting on June 25th, 2024, CIVIX added five new members to its Board of Directors. These new members include Gary Clement (Director of Government Relations, TD Canada Trust), Colin Doylend (Director, Enterprise & Government, Archistar.ai), Melanie Francis (General Counsel and Director, People & Culture, Evergreen Canada), Catherine McDonald (Executive Director, Fondation Roméo Dallaire), and Jeremy Roberts (Vice Chair, Licence Appeal Tribunal of Ontario). 

The following existing Board Members accepted to continue their service on the Board: Megan Beretta (Davis Pier), Kim Davidson (Teacher-Librarian, Toronto District School Board), Elizabeth Dubois (Assistant Professor of Communication, University of Ottawa), Francis LeBlanc (former Member of Parliament), Kathleen Monk (Principal Owner, Monk & Associates), and Chris Wilkins (Founder and CEO, SchoolFinder Group).

Francis LeBlanc was re-elected as Board Chair and Jeremy Roberts was elected as Vice-Chair.

Outgoing Board Members Peter Donolo (Former Vice-Chairman Hill & Knowlton Strategies) and Rachel Curran (Public Policy Manager, Canada at Meta) were thanked for their service to CIVIX and its Board of Directors.
